ORDERING

  1. How do I place an order?
    • -Browse through the products on our website – which have been categorised for your convenience
    • -Choose the product(s) you wish to order and add to cart
    • -Proceed to Checkout to complete your order
    • -Enter your details as requested (i.e.) Name, Delivery address, Contact number, etc.
    • -Select your preferred method of payment (Cash, Credit card, Debit card)
    • -Double check the submitted information for accuracy
    • -Place the order
  2. What happens after I place my order?
    • -You will receive an Order Confirmation via email
    • -Your order will be dispatched at the earliest and delivered within 2 to 4 working days
    • -You will receive standard notification alerts to track your order
    • -Our delivery agent will contact you on the phone number provided, and a total of 3 delivery attempts will be made in case you are uncontactable.

    1. CARD PAYMENTS
      • -Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.
      • -Debit Card: We accept online activated debits cards only.
    2. CASH ON DELIVERY
      • -COD is available for all regions within the country

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  1. Is there a delivery fee?
    • -Yes, we charge a standard delivery fee of Rs. 300 on all orders. An additional amount of Rs.100 will be charged per excess kilogram.
  2. How long will delivery take?
    • -2 – 4 working days since the date of placing the order.
  3. How do I track my order?
    • -By logging in to our website.
  4. Can I change my delivery address once my order has been dispatched?
    • -No
  5. What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
    • -3 delivery attempts will be made in case you are uncontactable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  1. Can I return/ exchange an item?
    • -Yes, all items – except shoes, handbags, undergarments, fashion accessories, wrist wear, cosmetics, toys and discounted items – can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery.
    • -Additional postal or courier charges may apply.
  2. Will I be refunded for returning my order?
    • -No, there will be no cash refunds for returned items.
